Meet Gaby
I never planned to start a company. I kept ending up behind the bar—at weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate events, family gatherings—discovering how much I loved that spark a well-made cocktail creates. Not just what's in the glass, but the atmosphere it builds: seamless, beautiful, alive.
In 2015, I turned that into On The Rocks Girls—a boutique bartending service rooted in craft, designed around connection, and built to make every celebration feel intentional.
We've grown from friends-and-family events into one of Southern California's most trusted mobile bar teams. Every event is personal. Every detail is intentional. Every night is designed to feel like something worth remembering.
