Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

Planning an event involves enough moving parts already. Our job is to make the bar portion feel organized, smooth, and fully handled. If you don't see your question here, call us at (714) 681-2996 or send a message — we respond within 24 hours.

Do we need to provide the alcohol, or do you?

You provide the alcohol and any bottles you'd like featured. We arrive with everything else — mixers, garnishes, glassware, bar tools, ice, and a fully stocked setup. This gives you complete control over your spirits and your preferences while keeping the process clear from the start.

What's your service area?

We serve events throughout Southern California — Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and select events in San Diego. From beachside celebrations in Newport to vineyard weddings in Temecula to rooftop events in Downtown LA — if it's in Southern California, there's a good chance we've been there.

If your event falls outside those areas, reach out anyway. We've expanded our reach for the right event more times than we can count.

How far in advance should we book?

The sooner, the better. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak event seasons. Booking early gives us time to plan your menu, align the details, and make sure everything is prepared properly.

That said — we've pulled off incredible events on short notice when our calendar allows. If your date is coming up fast, it's always worth asking.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or non-drinkers?

Always. We build craft mocktails with the same care, complexity, and presentation as our cocktails. Your guests who don't drink will never feel like they're getting a lesser version of the experience — they'll have a beautiful drink in hand that's just as considered as everything else on the menu.

We also accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requests. The goal is to make sure everyone feels included, well served, and part of the celebration. Just let us know during planning and we'll design around it.

What if the weather is bad for an outdoor event?

Outdoor events always benefit from a backup plan, and we'll work with you in advance to make sure one exists. If your event moves indoors, under a tent, beneath a pergola, or into a garage — we move with it. The bar setup stays functional, polished, and ready to adapt. Good planning prevents last-minute stress.

Do you handle setup and breakdown?

Completely. We arrive early, build the bar, style the setup, and have everything ready before your first guest walks in. After the final toast, we break down, clean up, and leave the space the way we found it. You won't touch a single glass — and you won't be left managing details before guests arrive or after the event ends.

What if our guest count changes?

Guest counts shift — and it's never a problem. The earlier you let us know, the better we can adjust staffing and supplies to match your updated count. We plan for flexibility because we know events evolve between booking and the big day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and maintain all required licenses for every event we serve. We'll provide documentation to you or your venue coordinator before your event date — no chasing, no reminders needed. It's handled before you have to ask.

Can you customize the menu for dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?

Yes. Every menu we build is custom, so accommodating dietary needs is already part of our process. Whether it's a fully vegan cocktail program, gluten-free options across the board, or specific allergy considerations — we design with your full guest list in mind. Customization is part of making the bar feel considered, not generic. No one gets an afterthought.

What makes your service different from other mobile bartenders?

Most bartending services show up, pour, and leave. We partner with you weeks before the event to understand your vision, your aesthetic, and what you want your guests to experience. Then we design a custom cocktail menu around it, arrive with a fully styled bar, and execute every detail from first pour to final cleanup.
