Southern California Mobile Bartending—So You Can Be at Your Own Party

Your guests get a bar with a team behind it. You get to stay with the people you brought together. You provide the alcohol; we plan the menu, serve your guests, and handle setup and cleanup. Add a mobile bar, cups, ice, mixers, and garnishes to your proposal as needed.

The Bar Should Be Ready Before Anyone Needs It

A well-run bar begins before the first guest arrives. The station is placed. Citrus is cut. Ice is secured. Glassware, mixers, garnishes, tools, signage, and backup supplies are where the bartender expects to find them.

Then the room fills.

Guests know what to order. The line keeps moving. A drink appears without the host being asked where the tonic went or whether there is more ice in the garage.

You should be celebrating, not managing.

Why Hosts Choose On The Rocks Girls

A Menu Built for the People Coming

We design cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer service around your preferences, your guest mix, the season, and the pace of the event. The choices stay clear enough to order quickly and varied enough to give every guest a proper option.

A Setup That Fits the Space

We plan the station and menu display around the room. A mobile bar and fresh garnishes can be added to your proposal; glassware is not offered.

Service That Keeps Moving

We plan staffing and workflow around guest count, service time, and venue layout. Behind the bar, the team handles restocking, ice, glassware, order flow, and the small resets that prevent a busy station from looking busy.

Documentation Your Venue Can Use

If your planner or venue needs proof of coverage, service details, or setup information, we provide clear documentation before event day. The paperwork should be settled while there is still time to address it.

A Bar Plan Built Around the Event

A 40-person dinner does not move like a 150-person reception. We consider when guests arrive, when dinner begins, where the bar sits, what will be served, and when demand will peak before recommending the team and setup.

A Real Option for Guests Who Are Not Drinking

Zero-proof recipes receive the same care as the cocktail list and a clear place on the printed menu. Mixers and garnishes can be added to your proposal.

The Team Behind the Bar

On The Rocks Girls is a team of event bartenders trained to arrive prepared, set up independently, manage the station through changing demand, and leave the service area clean when the event ends.

The visible part is a bartender handing a guest a cold drink.

The work behind it is earlier: counting glassware, staging backup ice, placing tools within reach, learning the menu, and making sure the next round does not depend on the host.

That preparation is what lets service feel calm once the room is full.

A Menu Designed Around Your Celebration

Every event has its own guest list, timing, and setting. The menu should account for all three.

Signature Cocktails

Recipes selected or developed around the spirits and flavors you want to serve, then tested against the practical demands of event service.

Zero-Proof Cocktails

Alcohol-free drinks with balanced flavor, fresh ingredients, finished presentation, and their own place on the menu.

Wine and Beer

Familiar choices that support the cocktail program and give guests a direct option without crowding the menu.

Seasonal Details

Seasonal flavors and presentation planned around your drinks, setting, and selected additions. Fresh garnishes are available at additional cost.

  • Menu planning for cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer
  • Staffing based on guest count and service peaks
  • Coordination with the planner and venue
  • Coverage documents supplied when requested

They were nice, kind, courteous to all of our 250+ guests. We worked closely with them on our drink selection and they had brilliant ideas on how to better serve our guests... The "On the Rocks Girls," went above-and-beyond the call of duty by dressing in compliment to the theme of our wedding!

Multiple Events · San Jacinto

In the past 2+ years I've used ON THE ROCKS GIRLS services for multiple events and they never disappoint. Gaby makes everything so easy for you grocery list and always provides a menu for the day of the event! Drinks are always on point!... When planning an event Gaby is one of the first ones I reach out to. So organized, great communication.

— Estefania M.

Birthday Celebration · West Covina

I never thought of hiring a bartender but when I hosted my last party I was stressed and didn't have time to make myself a drink or even to stop and enjoy the food... Gaby let me choose signature drinks. I sent her the recipes and she made a menu and was able to make all the drinks that we've never tried before. A lot of my guests loved having a bartender there.

— Tess D.

Themed Event · Pasadena

She was on time, prepared, and really friendly. She executed all the drinks perfectly — my guests kept telling me how tasty all the drinks were. She even dressed 'fiesta' to match our theme and she stood there all 5 hours while it was rainy and cold without complaint. She was great to work with and I would definitely hire her again.

Give the Bar a Team of Its Own

At 9 p.m., the host should be in the photograph, at the table, or halfway through a conversation—not opening another bag of ice behind a folding table.
