At most holiday parties, someone ends up behind the bar.
Without a bartender, someone is opening bottles, refilling ice, answering drink questions, watching supplies, and cleaning up. Usually, it is the person who planned the party.
We take that job, from setup before the first guest arrives to cleanup after the last drink.
You should be celebrating, not managing.
Planning the company holiday party?
We handle the bartenders, menu, setup, responsible service, venue documentation, and cleanup, so you are not coordinating the bar on event day.

Documents your venue will ask for
Licensed and insured. We can send a certificate of insurance, additional insured documentation, and our service and setup details to you, your planner, or your venue coordinator before event day.
Responsible service
Our bartenders hold California Responsible Beverage Service certification, which covers ID checks, service to minors, and visible intoxication. Your team does not have to police the bar.
A menu every guest can order from
Every menu includes mocktails designed with the same care as the cocktails, so guests who are not drinking still have something worth ordering.

Hosting at home this year?
Open houses, family gatherings, and backyard holiday parties get the same service. We size the bar to the room, build the menu around what you want to pour, and keep it running so you can stay with your guests.

Holiday party questions
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. For a private event, the host buys and owns the alcohol, and a bartending service may not purchase it for you or charge by the drink. After booking, once the menu is final, we send a shopping list so you know what to buy.
Can you send insurance documents to our venue?
Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance and, when a venue requires it, additional insured documentation. Send the venue's exact legal name, address, required wording, and deadline with your request.
Do you serve mocktails?
Yes. Every custom menu includes mocktails designed with the same care as the cocktails, so guests who are not drinking have a real option.
How many bartenders do we need?
Most events follow our guest-count guide: one bartender for under 50 guests, two for 50–99, and a team of 3 or more for 100+. Room layout and service style can change that, so your proposal confirms the staffing.
