What kept pulling us back wasn't the cocktails. It was the ease of the evening. The laughter that came naturally. The moment a host looked around and realized they didn't have to worry about a thing.
That was the beginning of On The Rocks Girls.
We built this company around one clear idea: a well-run bar does more than serve drinks. It changes how an event feels. It helps guests settle in, connect, and enjoy themselves. It gives the host room to breathe.
That is the work we care about — and it's what we've delivered across 250+ celebrations since 2015.

Meet Gaby
I never set out to start a company. I kept finding myself behind the bar at weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and family celebrations — and I noticed the same thing each time: the host was always the last person having fun. They were refilling ice, tracking down a corkscrew, apologizing for the drink situation. They were managing — not celebrating.
A well-made drink was only part of the experience. The real impact was in what it created around it. Ease. Atmosphere. Connection. A sense that the event was in capable hands.
In 2015, I gave that a name.
On The Rocks Girls launched as a boutique mobile bartending service with one premise: the host should feel like a guest at their own event. What began with friends and family grew into one of Southern California's most trusted mobile bar teams — known for calm execution, polished presentation, and genuine care for the host experience.
Today, we serve events across Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and San Diego. Intimate dinners in Dana Point. 250-guest destination weddings in Oxnard. Corporate galas in Downtown LA. Milestone birthdays in backyards across the Inland Empire.
