Our Story


The host was usually the last person having fun.

She was refilling ice. Looking for the corkscrew. Answering guest questions. Checking the setup. Apologizing for small things no guest had noticed but she had been tracking all day.

She was hosting, yes.

But mostly, she was managing.

That is what Gaby noticed first.

Not just that people wanted good drinks. Not just that a bar could make an event feel more polished. But that the person who cared most about the celebration was often the person least able to experience it.

That became the beginning of On The Rocks Girls.

We do not just serve cocktails. We help create an event you can be present for.

Gaby did not start On The Rocks Girls from a business plan.

She started with what she kept seeing at real events.

The drinks mattered.

But the larger problem was the host experience.

A well-made drink could make a guest happy. A well-run bar could change the whole event.

It could help guests settle in. It could keep service moving. It could give the host permission to stop watching the logistics from across the room.

In 2015, Gaby built On The Rocks Girls around that idea.

The company began as a boutique mobile bartending service with one practical promise: the host should feel like a guest at her own event.

Today, On The Rocks Girls serves events across Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and San Diego — intimate dinners, full-scale weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations in homes, venues, and private estates.

Every event is different.

We manage the bar details that often become the host's responsibility: setup, service timing, guest flow, restocking, and cleanup. You do not coordinate the bar once guests arrive.
