Two bartenders work from the same menu and service plan. One can keep orders moving while the other resets glassware, checks ice, and prepares the next round.

For milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and receptions that need broader coverage without turning the bar into the center of attention.

The Full-Team Experience

A team of 3 or more bartenders works from the event’s menu and service plan. Staffing, station layout, and supplies are planned around the event timeline before guests arrive.

For weddings, large private parties, corporate events, and brand celebrations where service volume, timing, and coordination have to be planned together.

After booking, once your menu is final, we send an alcohol shopping list based on your event.

A guest count does not reveal everything. A 75-person cocktail reception can create more bar pressure than a 120-person seated dinner. One room may allow service from both sides; another may place the station in a narrow corner.

We look at the event as it will happen, then recommend the package.
